It takes between 3-8 business days to fulfill an order. After fulfillment, your order will be shipped. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated to be between 3-4 business days.

If you receive a wrong or damaged order, please email us at: support@cali-and-kai.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
